Access your ATR Profile account

W-2 Tax Form Receipt Options:

• Paperless / Electronic Download (You must sign up for this option. Contact us to request instructions on how to sign up. Must enroll by 12/31/25.)
• Paper Copy mailed to your mailing address on record if you have not signed up for Paperless / Electronic Download. If you have a change of address, please follow the instructions below. 

**   IMPORTANT NOTE:   W-2 forms cannot be emailed    **

To advise of a change of address or to request another copy of your W-2 form: 

Step #1: Complete the contact form to include the following information:

• Your Full Name
• Phone number that we can contact you at
• The last address we had on file for you (if changing it)
• The address you would like your W-2 to be mailed to

Step #2: If you have a change of address, go to your ATR Profile Account and update your address information under the "Login" tab. Please do not "Sign Up" again.  (The link is provided above and below.) This must be completed for security reasons.

** Don't remember your login and password? Under the "Login" tab, click on "Forgot Password". **

Secondary copies of W-2 forms will be mailed out within 30 days of your received request.
