W-2 information

W-2 Tax Form Receipt Options:

•  Paper Copy mailed to your mailing address on record. If you have a change of address, please follow the instructions below. 
• Paperless / Electronic Download (You must sign up for this option. Contact us to request instructions on how to sign up. Must enroll by 12/31/24.)

To advise of a change of address or to request another copy of your W2: 

Step #1: Complete the contact form to include the following information:

• Your Full Name
• Phone number that we can contact you at
• The last address we had on file for you (if changing it)
• The address you would like your W-2 to be mailed to

Step #2: If you have a change of address, go to your ATR Profile Account and update your address information under the "Login" tab. Please do not "Sign Up" again.  (The link is provided below.) This must be completed for security reasons.

** Don't remember your login and password? Under the "Login" tab, click on "Forgot Password". **

Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
